As one of the nation’s first BPI affiliates, and a US Department of Energy National Weatherization Training Center, AEA has been instrumental in developing standards, curriculum and best practices that underlie the knowledge, skills and abilities workers require to achieve energy efficiency goals in buildings. At AEA we offer a wide variety of course offerings that prepare students for credentialing exams offered through BPI. We also proctor those exams using our in house computer lab for written components of the certification process and our field house for the field portions of the exams.
