The Con Edison Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program provides free direct install energy conservation measures in the apartments of participating buildings, and offers incentives for the installation of a variety of energy upgrades to building systems and common areas. Additional free measures and increased incentives may be available to certain affordable housing properties and to buildings located in a Con Edison Neighborhood Program service territory in Brooklyn or Queens.
