Current General B Opportunity: Humboldt County RFQ – OPEN NOW
EBD – Northern California is seeking qualified General B contractors in Humboldt to support area projects throughout the county.
We are looking for contractors who:
Contractors located outside Humboldt County are also welcome to respond. While this RFQ is focused on building local implementation capacity in Humboldt County, contractor information from qualified applicants outside the region will be retained for consideration should current project opportunities arise, or the program expands into additional Northern California service areas.

EBD – Northern California is seeking qualified General B contractors in Humboldt to support area projects throughout the county.
We are looking for contractors who:
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in residential energy efficiency, electrification, weatherization, or similar retrofit work.
- Have operations, workforce connections, or project experience in Humboldt County.
- Are committed to serving low-income and underserved communities.

While this RFQ is focused on building local implementation capacity in Humboldt County, contractor information from qualified applicants outside the region will be retained for consideration should current project opportunities arise, or the program expands into additional Northern California service areas.
