The EmPower program installs energy efficiency improvements in the homes of low-income New Yorkers, free of charge. For eligible clients in AEA’s WAP service area whose homes need expensive upgrades, we may combine resources of the Weatherization and EmPower programs to enable us to deliver a comprehensive scope of work to the client.
